Shipping, Refunds, Exchanges, etc.

Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Please allow 5 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method and can take between 7 and 12 business days to arrive. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. To initiate a refund, please contact us at maligatorworld@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible.
