Every item we sell is made to order specifically for you. This allows us to reduce waste while creating high-quality apparel and accessories.

Processing & Production

Orders typically enter production within 24 hours of being placed.

Production generally takes 2-7 business days, although production times may increase during holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping Times

Once production is complete, your order is shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical U.S. delivery estimates are:

Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
Priority or Express Shipping (when available): Faster delivery options may be offered during checkout.

Please note that production time is in addition to shipping time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Multiple Shipments

Because products may be produced at different printing facilities, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages on different days.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
